Succeeding his father, Wayne J. Zielke became president of Industrial Mechanical Contractors in 1998. As president, Wayne sets strategic planning and goals for the company. He provides the necessary leadership to plan, organize, and direct the business operation for growth and profit objectives.
Dave Lindenmuth joined the IMC team in 1981. He is an industry professional with over 40 years of experience and continues to improve his skills every year.
Through these acquired skills, Dave demonstrates his complete commitment to customer satisfaction. Along with day-to-day operations, Dave’s responsibilities include implementing and enforcing safety procedures, training technicians, and supervising special installations. Dave’s goals are to keep current on industry standards, create business opportunities, and meet our customer’s goals.
When you start the bid process at IMC, you’ll work with Wayne on quote development and the formal bid process for new business opportunities. Once you join our client roster, he ensures you transition smoothly to an IMC project manager. Wayne also manages the overall technology direction for the company: enhancing our customer experience through technology is always a top priority.
Mike’s responsibilities include financial management, human resources, and client satisfaction. He maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. He completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, then following up on work results. He is always available to assist customers with questions, concerns, emergency service calls, and company inquiries.
