In 2014 I was looking to make a change in mechanical contractors at my senior living facility.  I had previously used Industrial Mechanical at my former facility and decided I would call them for an assessment.  Wayne Sr. and Wayne Jr. evaluated my hydronic heating systems and proposed multiple energy saving replacement options.  We liked the Industrial offering and hired them to replace our main heating plant.  They successfully completed that project on time and on budget.  We retained them to upgrade three additional boiler rooms, including our domestic hot water plants the following three years. Upon each successful completion of the hydronic upgrade projects, we enrolled our systems in on-going maintenance.  Industrial handles any service requests in a timely manner, making sure our residents have the necessary heat and hot-water they need.  In 2019 our air-conditioning contractor retired and closed his business.  We brought in Industrial to evaluate our systems and provide on-going maintenance.  They’ve done a wonderful job making sure our systems are running at peak performance, through their “Certified Maintenance” programs while suggesting upgrades along the way so that our indoor climate environment is perfect for our residents.  I’d highly recommend Industrial for all your Commercial HVAC needs.
